Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for brighthush’s clients. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include Handling inbound telephone calls from a wide range of consumers, ensuring each interaction is courteous and professional. Providing accurate, timely solutions to customer inquiries, leveraging product knowledge and company policies. Documenting all interactions in our CRM system with meticulous detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Following up on unresolved issues to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty. Escalating complex or escalated calls to the appropriate management channels, maintaining a clear escalation path. Staying current on all relevant federal, state, and local regulations that impact customer interactions. Contributing feedback on process improvements, product enhancements, and customer pain points. Essential Qualifications We’re looking for candidates who bring a blend of experience, skill, and attitude. The following qualifications are essential High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree or relevant undergraduate coursework is a plus. Prior customer service or call center experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
