The Brand Manager (Integrated Marketing) will be responsible for shaping and orchestrating integrated brand campaigns and consumer communications strategies, ensuring alignment across various marketing channels to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities • Lead the development and orchestration of integrated brand campaigns and tentpole moments, ensuring each activation is grounded in clear objectives, consumer insights, cultural relevance, and measurable KPIs • Translate brand strategy into cohesive 360 campaign plans across creative, PR, influencer, social, partnerships, media, shopper, digital, and loyalty channels • Serve as the hub across internal channel leads, creative teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaign ideas, messaging, timing, and execution are connected and mutually reinforcing • Partner with creative and agency teams to shape campaign narratives, briefs, and activation plans that bring OLIPOP’s brand voice and consumer proposition to life • Monitor brand, cultural, category, consumer, and campaign performance signals to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and optimizations • Lead cross-functional workstreams for new product launches, partnerships, flavor moments, and brand-building campaigns, ensuring work is delivered with quality, cohesion, and accountability • Analyze campaign performance and partner with channel owners to synthesize learnings, optimize future plans, and connect results back to brand and business objectives • Manage project budgets within scope and recommend how to best allocate spend to maximize brand impact, campaign effectiveness, and business outcomes • Help strengthen integrated campaign planning practices by identifying process gaps, improving ways of working, and sharing best practices across the marketing function Skills • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, campaign strategy, communications, or related roles, ideally within high-growth CPG, consumer brands, or culturally relevant lifestyle brands • Demonstrated experience leading integrated 360 campaigns across multiple channels such as creative, PR, influencer, social, partnerships, media, shopper, digital, and/or loyalty • Strong brand management fundamentals, including comfort with brand strategy, consumer insights, business objectives, performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness • Proven ability to translate consumer, cultural, category, and performance insights into clear campaign recommendations and actionable plans • Integrated campaign thinker who can see how the full 360 plan comes together across channels, partners, and consumer touchpoints • Strong brand management fundamentals with a communications-first lens — able to balance business objectives, consumer insight, cultural relevance, and creative quality • Clear, structured communicator who can align stakeholders, clarify next steps, and keep complex work moving without losing the bigger brand story • High-trust cross-functional partner who builds credibility through follow-through, sound judgment, and thoughtful influence • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, proactively identifying disconnects, and course-correcting before work becomes fragmented • Pragmatic, resilient, and optimistic operator who can maintain momentum across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment • Experience partnering with creative, agency, and channel teams to shape briefs, campaign narratives, activation plans, and post-campaign learnings • Proficiency with relevant marketing, consumer insights, and performance tools • Experience with POS, panel data, CRM, analytics platforms, Nielsen, IRI/Circana, or Numerator is a plus Company Overview • At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale, and we’re doing it through something simple soda.
