Responsibilities

  • Create and run tests under guidance; prepare setups and instrumentation
  • Assist with template updates and maintenance of case repositories
  • Run QC on logs (units, references, metadata) and package results for reviews
  • Track tasks, versions, and approvals in workflow tools

Skills

  • 2+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with tools and diagnostics; accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Organized and detail‑oriented; follow SOPs and safety standards
  • Ability to translate inputs into clear results and iterate quickly on feedback
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • Top Secret Clearance is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field
  • Exposure to ITIL practices or OEM product training
