Job Description:

  • Provide strategic and operational thought partnership to the CEP lead and CEP Leadership Team
  • Lead Team Epic (ONC Enablement)
  • Develop annual CEP Strategic and Operating plans
  • Advance strategic CEP workstreams and evolve the customer engagement model
  • Ensure execution against CEP business priorities
  • Manage the US CEP leadership team and foster a culture aligned with Pfizer’s purpose and values
  • Coordinate annual communications plans, town halls, recognition, analytics support, and growth action plans
  • Deliver strategic insights for decision-making and operational enablement across Sales and OAG teams
  • Lead strategic operational and portfolio activities across the U.S. Oncology Field Organization, including operating plan, strategic plan, and deployment
  • Drive adoption of AI as an enabler of CEP success
  • Lead analysis and review of Oncology data to track performance and accountability
  • Oversee cross-brand national sales operational matters, including Incentive Compensation, National/POA meetings, Training, and Compliance
  • Coordinate cross-commercial-group communications
  • Establish governance and mitigate operational, compliance, data-privacy, technology, and execution risks
  • Lead and develop a team of 5 direct reports
  • Collaborate on commercial strategies across the US Commercial oncology organization
  • Develop growth and development initiatives across CEP
  • Represent US Oncology operations in cross-enterprise customer-facing initiatives
  • Partner with Oncology Portfolio Acceleration on business insights and commercial strategies
  • Drive adoption of tools, capabilities, and resources with CEP enablement leads and CMO functions
  • Lead culture initiatives and capability development
  • Track budgets and lead operating planning in partnership with Finance
  • Manage Oncology CEP expenses and budgets
  • Evaluate tradeoffs and recommend resource allocation and budget decisions
  • Provide regular updates to senior CEP leaders and collaborate with partner functions

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of experience in US pharmaceutical, Biotech, or consultant experience in sales and/or marketing (or like functions)
  • 1st line supervisory experience required
  • Documented ability to lead innovation and develop partnerships
  • Experience managing diverse colleagues in multi-disciplinary positions in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate across Pfizer to achieve BU objectives
  • Strong project and program management skills, including change leadership
  • Ability to manage complex situations in a matrix organizational structure through cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong executive presence, including oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and financial acumen
  • Strong judgment in prioritization, escalation, enterprise trade-off decisions, data governance, and responsible use of AI and digital platforms
  • Competence in developing senior leadership presentations
  • Sensitivity, discretion and confidentiality
  • Travel up to 25%
  • MBA preferred
  • 5 years of experience in operations, analytics, and leading organizational strategy strongly preferred
  • Direct work experience within the Oncology therapeutic area and US Oncology organization strongly preferred
  • Experience with Organized customers such as Payer, GPO, SPP, IDN, LPNs
  • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
  • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future
