  • Serve as the senior product subject matter expert for paper receivables, providing direction on client needs, market trends, competitive positioning, operational processes, and technology capabilities.
  • Manage portfolio performance, including revenue, expenses, pricing, profitability, volumes, attrition, service performance, adoption, and investment outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve funds availability, data quality, straight-through processing, reconciliation, exception handling, and the overall client experience.
  • Lead paper-to-electronic migration strategies that preserve client choice and continuity while increasing adoption of digital receivables capabilities.
  • Translate client feedback, sales insights, operating data, risk findings, and market research into product priorities, business requirements, and investment cases.
  • Partner with Sales and relationship teams on client opportunities, product positioning, sales enablement, pipeline conversion, and strategic client engagements.
  • Lead product discovery and requirements definition, clarify business outcomes, establish success measures, and make tradeoff recommendations across scope, timing, cost, and risk.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle, including development, launch readiness, commercialization, pricing, servicing, modernization, migration, platform consolidation, and product retirement.
  • Partner with Technology and Operations to sequence roadmaps, manage dependencies, address capacity constraints, and improve delivery transparency.
  • Establish and maintain a strong product risk and control environment across product development, change management, implementation, third-party relationships, and ongoing performance.
  • Lead cross-functional forums, frame decisions for senior leaders, and communicate portfolio strategy, performance, risks, investment needs, and execution status with clarity.
  • Mentor product managers and contribute to stronger product management practices, talent development, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience managing an established, operationally intensive portfolio while leading modernization, automation, or platform transformation.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing product P&L, pricing, profitability, investment prioritization, attrition, and business performance.
  • Knowledge of commercial client receivables workflows, including payment receipt, posting, exception management, data delivery, reconciliation, and order-to-cash integration.
  • Experience developing strategies to migrate clients from paper-based processes to electronic, automated, or integrated receivables solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex client, operational, technology, and risk issues into clear product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and executive decisions.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional work across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Experience with product risk management, change management, third-party dependencies, business continuity, and control design in a regulated environment.
  • Strong client-facing and commercialization skills, including proposition development, strategic client engagement, and adoption planning.
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics, frame tradeoffs, and make clear recommendations.
