We are recruiting a Senior Product Manager, Technical (PMT) to help us transform our associate support tools through the power of generative AI. Our associates are the backbone of our seller support system, and we're committed to empowering them with AI tools that enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Currently, our associates handle complex Seller inquiries across multiple systems and knowledge bases. In 2024, we're focused on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline their workflows and amplify their capabilities. As a Senior PMT on our team, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation. Your role will be critical in ensuring our AI-powered tools deliver accurate, consistent, and helpful assistance to our associates. You'll balance creative vision with technical execution, making data-driven decisions while pushing LLM capabilities to new frontiers. Working directly with Applied Science and Engineering teams, you'll help create world-class support experiences and invent interactions that were previously impossible. With input from business stakeholders, they develop business and product requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap. PMTs work closely with technical teams to understand root causes of customer pain points and drive the right solutions to exceed customer expectations. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
