The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Senior Brand Manager, Food & Beverage, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of Target’s Food & Beverage owned brand portfolio. You will combine deep guest and industry understanding, strategic thinking and strong cross-functional leadership to define where our brands should go, how they should show up and the choices required to drive long-term growth. You will serve as a strategic owner and steward of the portfolio and its brands—establishing brand foundations, identifying future growth opportunities, leading priority brand transformations and creating clear decision guardrails that enable teams across Target to consistently bring our brands to life. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will: - Own brand and portfolio strategy, including brand foundations, positioning, strategic choices and decision guardrails that create clarity and enable long-term growth across the Food & Beverage owned brand portfolio. - Be the industry expert in leading priority brand opportunities and transformations, leveraging deep expertise in the Food & Beverage industry, guest needs and marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities and define clear strategic direction. - Translate brand strategy into action through clear, compelling strategies and creative briefs that align cross-functional teams and advance priority portfolio deliverables. - Own the ongoing health and performance of the brand, conducting analysis across brand health, guest, consumer, competitive and financial performance to identify opportunities, inform action and measure progress against brand and portfolio objectives. - Champion a curious, guest-centric mindset, continually asking what is changing for our guests, where the market is headed and what those shifts mean for the future of Target’s Food & Beverage brands. About You - 4-year degree or equivalent experience - 6+ years of professional brand management experience (Food & Beverage, CPG and/or retail experience strongly preferred.) - Proven success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - Strong ability to influence and lead across teams, with a track record of advancing brand strategies and initiatives - Ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling recommendations - Fluency in consumer insights, cultural trends, financials, and brand health tracking - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Strong judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a dynamic retail environment This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
