ThisteamdrivesretailmediasalesforgeneralmerchandiseatSam'sClubbycollaboratingwithmerchantsandsupplierstodevelopeffectivemediaplansusingSam'sClubConnect'sunprecedenteddeterministicdata.Theycreatetailoredmediasolutionsacrossmorethan20uniquecategories,unlockingadvertisingrevenuewhilehelpingmembersdiscovernotableproducts.Theteamappliesstronganalytics,stakeholdermanagement,andnegotiationskillstodeliverimpactfuladvertisingstrategies.Focusedonbusinessinsightsandstrategicsalesplanning,theysupportsuppliersbyaligningmediaofferingswithmarketopportunitiesandcustomerneeds,ensuringmeasurableresultsandcontinuousimprovement.
What you'll do:

• Lead strategic sales planning and forecasting to drive advertising revenue growth for Sam's Club Connect.
• Oversee sales qualification and pipeline development, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs and industry standards.
• Manage complex negotiations, fostering mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interests.
• Analyze business metrics and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support business goals.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and professional development.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in sales qualification and strategic sales planning to build and manage a robust pipeline.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
