PSID Group is a premium event production company supporting designers and producers through structured, reliable technical execution. Our warehouse plays a critical role in preparing and maintaining the equipment that supports complex, design-driven events.

This position supports daily warehouse operations and reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Technician supports the preparation, handling, and organization of production equipment within the warehouse. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established procedures to ensure equipment is ready for scheduled projects.

The position operates within a clearly defined structure and works under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager.

Schedule & Work Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Some Saturdays may be required.
  • Lunch: 1-hour lunch break (lunch is provided)
  • Additional hours may be required during peak production periods

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Prepare, stage, and organize equipment according to approved packing lists
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Receive returned equipment, inspect for damage, clean, charge, and store properly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Support inventory counts and routine audits as assigned

Equipment Handling & Logistics

  • Handle audio, lighting, staging, video, and scenic equipment with care
  • Assist with sub-rental pickups and returns as scheduled
  • Use warehouse tools and equipment appropriately
  • Follow handling, labeling, and storage procedures consistently

Driving Support (As Assigned)

  • Drive company vehicles, including 16’ and 26’ box trucks, when assigned
  • Transport equipment between the warehouse, venues, and vendors
  • Verify equipment loads before departure and upon return
  • Perform basic vehicle checks and report issues promptly

Safety & Process

  • Follow warehouse safety standards and operational procedures
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines
  • Communicate equipment issues or discrepancies to the Warehouse Operations Manager

Qualifications

  • Warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving box trucks when assigned
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Forklift operator
