Why does this role exist?This role exists to deliver dependable, timely execution of recurring digital marketing tasks so internal account and social teams can focus on higher-value work. By owning website content updates, email campaign support, social scheduling, and reporting, you'll improve operational continuity, reduce admin load, and keep production timelines on track as the agency scales. The Impact you'll make Website Content Management (WordPress & Squarespace) • Update pages, posts, and landing pages per briefs and brand standards. • Upload/optimize assets, apply basic on-page SEO (titles, meta, alt text), QA links/forms, and maintain change logs. • Coordinate publishing calendars and track revisions for accurate, on-time releases. Email Marketing Support • Build, QA, and schedule campaigns using client-approved ESPs; ensure list accuracy and basic segmentation. • Maintain templates, manage suppressions/hygiene, and follow approval workflows. • Track campaign performance using existing report templates and note insights for iteration. Social Media Scheduling & Publication • Schedule and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok via native tools or schedulers. • Prepare captions/hashtags and upload video assets per guidelines; maintain a content calendar and asset library. • Coordinate approvals and ensure brand consistency across channels. Light Project Management & Reporting • Manage tasks and statuses in monday.com (or Asana) and meet agreed SLAs. • Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing and web performance reports using existing Google-based templates. • Create and maintain onboarding/continuity docs and SOPs in shared folders for smooth handoffs. Communication & Collaboration • Provide timely updates via Microsoft Teams and monday.com, escalating risks early. • Participate in check-ins/standups and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: • Hands-on experience updating content in both WordPress and Squarespace. • Recent, demonstrable email marketing execution experience; portfolio/samples required with application. • Proficiency with monday.com or Asana and Google tools for reporting (Sheets/Docs/Slides; Looker Studio familiarity is a plus). • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) and strong attention to detail/QA. • Availability to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST with a reliable WFH setup. • WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up. • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam • Back-up computer and internet connection • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home Your Superpowers: • Technical: CMS editing (WordPress, Squarespace), basic on-page SEO, image optimization, UTM usage, social scheduling across Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube/TikTok, email QA/scheduling, list hygiene, intermediate Google Sheets, and comfort with shared folders (Google Drive). • Soft: Detail-obsessed, organized, deadline-driven, proactive communicator, process-oriented, and eager to document and improve workflows.
