This individual will play a key role in building scalable backend services, enhancing existing platforms, and contributing to architectural and technical design decisions across multiple initiatives.</span></span></p><p><span><span>The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver high-quality, maintainable code in a fast-paced Agile environment.</span></span></p><p><span><span>This role requires someone who can operate independently, collaborate effectively across teams, and take ownership of features throughout the full software development lifecycle.</span></span></p><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span><span><span>Application Development</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise Java applications and microservices</span></span></li><li><span><span>Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and related frameworks</span></span></li><li><span><span>Enhance and modernize existing applications while maintaining system stability and performance</span></span></li><li><span><span>Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions</span></span></li><li><span><span>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established best practices</span></span></li><li><span><span>Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues</span></span></li><li><span><span>Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and performance improvements</span></span></li><li><span><span>Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to development standards</span></span></li></ul><span><span>Microservices & Integration</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Develop and support distributed microservices-based applications</span></span></li><li><span><span>Design and implement integrations across internal and external systems</span></span></li><li><span><span>Collaborate on API design, service communication patterns, and scalability initiatives</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support event-driven and asynchronous processing workflows where applicable</span></span></li></ul><span><span>Testing & Quality</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability</span></span></li><li><span><span>Participate in debugging, root cause analysis, and defect remediation activities</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support CI/CD and deployment activities across development environments</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to application security standards</span></span></li></ul><span><span>Collaboration & Delivery</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Work closely with product owners, analysts, architects, and engineering teams</span></span></li><li><span><span>Assist with technical estimation, planning, and delivery execution</span></span></li><li><span><span>Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details</span></span></li><li><span><span>Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team</span></span></li></ul><span><span>Required Qualifications</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience</span></span></li><li><span><span>5 years of hands-on Java development experience within enterprise environments</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong experience with:</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Java 11 </span></span></li><li><span><span>Spring Boot</span></span></li><li><span><span>Spring MVC</span></span></li><li><span><span>REST API development</span></span></li><li><span><span>Microservices architecture</span></span></li><li><span><span>SQL and relational databases</span></span></li></ul></li><li><span><span>Experience
