<div><strong><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></strong><br/>The AI Product Experience Strategist will help GE HealthCare transform commercial and customer-facing workflows through artificial intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, human-centered experience design, workflow transformation, and AI/agentic technologies.<br/><br/>The role will identify high-value opportunities to apply AI, redesign how people and technology work together, and translate those opportunities into intuitive, trusted, and measurable product experiences. This includes embedded and "headless" AI experiences that proactively surface insights, recommend actions, update information, and execute work within existing business workflows.<br/><br/>The successful candidate will help move the organization beyond adding isolated AI features toward creating AI-native products and experiences that reduce coordination overhead, increase customer-facing time, improve decision quality, accelerate speed to market, and deliver measurable business value.<br/><br/><strong><b>Job Description</b></strong><br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>AI Opportunity Identification and Prioritization<br/><ul><li>Partner with business owners, Product Managers and users to identify high-friction, repetitive, decision-intensive, and manually coordinated workflows.</li><li>Frame AI opportunities around measurable business and customer outcomes rather than technology capabilities alone.</li><li>Assess process maturity, data readiness, integration requirements, value potential, risk, and responsible AI considerations.</li><li>Develop opportunity hypotheses, experience concepts, value cases, and pilot recommendations.</li><li>Maintain an AI experience opportunity backlog and provide inputs into product planning and investment decisions.</li></ul><br/><br/>Product Definition and Delivery<br/><ul><li>Translate AI experience concepts into product requirements, journey maps, service blueprints, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and AI evaluation criteria.</li><li>Partner with Product Managers and delivery teams to incorporate AI capabilities into product roadmaps and backlogs.</li><li>Collaborate with UX, architecture, engineering, data and analytics, cybersecurity, quality assurance, legal, privacy, and compliance teams.</li><li>Lead rapid prototyping, experimentation, and user validation to test desirability, usability, feasibility, and value.</li></ul><br/><br/>Leadership Characteristics<br/><ul><li>Customer- and user-obsessed, with a strong bias toward solving meaningful problems.</li><li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning emerging technology into practical business outcomes.</li><li>Able to balance innovation with security, compliance, scalability, and operational discipline.</li><li>Naturally collaborative and committed to a one-team mindset.</li><li>Curious, pragmatic, and willing to test, learn, and adapt.</li><li>Able to influence across organizational boundaries and create alignment among diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with executives and experience or technical details with delivery teams.</li></ul><br/><br/>Required Qualifications<br/><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, technology, design, engineering, computer science, or a related field.</li><li>3-5 years of experience in product management, digital experience, workflow transformation, enterprise technology, service design, or a related discipline.</li><li>Experience redesigning complex enterprise workflows and translating them into intuitive user and customer experiences.</li><li>Strong product thinking and the ability to connect user needs, business outcomes, technology capabilities, and measurable value.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with senior business and IT leaders, technical teams, vendors, and frontline users.</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.</li><li>Experience operating in a highly regulated, security-conscious, or data-sensitive environment.</li></ul><br/><br/>Please note -We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. <br/><br/>We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $81,600.00-$122,400.00 Annual. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
