<p><strong>Executive Personal Assistant to HNW Principal, Family Office, Miami Beach, Florida</strong></p><p>A busy HNW principal who runs a family office is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to serve as his trusted partner and operational right hand. The role leans more heavily toward supporting the principal’s professional and personal needs while also providing seamless assistance to overall family operations. The principal provides advisory services to multiple family-affiliated businesses and maintains multiple residences so you will operate as the key liaison in these areas.</p><p>This is a hybrid role, based in Miami Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will work as needed in person at the principal’s home office in Miami Beach or remotely depending on what’s going on. There may be plans to open a Miami Beach office in the future, which you will be the point person to organize. This is not a traditional support position—it requires someone who thrives as a strategic extension of the principal, ensuring smooth execution and anticipatory management across all aspects of his life.</p><p><strong>About the Job</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison and trusted point of contact for the principal, managing professional and personal schedules, priorities, and commitments</li><li>Act as a true gatekeeper, managing and prioritizing the principal’s calendar across personally and professionally</li><li>Prioritize the principal’s inbox and craft emails and other correspondence on his behalf, conduct research, and prepare briefings as needed</li><li>Coordinate domestic and international travel, with detailed itineraries, personal and professional,</li><li>Support oversight of advisory activities across multiple family-affiliated businesses, prepare materials and ensure the principal is ready for key meetings</li><li>Plan and support events and dinners with a “high touch” mentality,</li><li>Manage personal matters including household organization, vendor oversight, family scheduling, and errands—taking as much off the principal’s plate as possible</li><li>Serve as the liaison to property managers across multiple homes, ensuring proactive maintenance, scheduling, and seamless property operations</li><li>Handle expense reports, bill payments, purchase tracking,</li><li>Leverage technology and AI tools to optimize time management, streamline communications, and enhance overall efficiency</li><li>Lead and support special projects</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience supporting a high-net-worth principal or family office; familiarity with family-owned business and multi-property environments is a plus</li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Proven ability to operate with discretion, judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence</li><li>Exceptional organizational and anticipatory skills; detail-oriented, consistently going the extra step to provide “high touch” service</li><li>Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills</li><li>Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; tech savvy and experienced using AI tools to improve processes</li><li>Strong project management and event planning skills; adept at vendor and stakeholder coordination</li><li>A warm, engaging personality who can handle anything from coordinating household needs to preparing the principal for business meetings and family office priorities</li><li><strong>Base Salary, bonus, Healthcare Stipend</strong></li></ul><p></p>
