Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance and Painting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep and appearance of our facilities. Your primary duties will include:

  • Preparation & Painting: Prepare surfaces and apply paint to various areas within the facility to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and manage the inventory of paint and related supplies to ensure availability for ongoing projects.
  • Janitorial Duties: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the facility in excellent condition.
  • Area Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and painting of specific areas including the Harvest floor, rendering areas, plant areas, and the outside parking lot on the Harvest side.
  • Work Environment: Be prepared to work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold, as required by different areas of the facility.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills with the ability to understand, read, and comprehend written and verbal instructions and work orders. Ensure accurate completion of all job-related paperwork.
