JOB OVERVIEW

Bayview Asset Management is looking for an experienced Workday Test Manager to lead testing efforts for a critical Workday implementation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage customer resources, drive accountability, and ensure all testing milestones are delivered on time and with quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
─────────────────────────────
• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for Workday implementation
• Coordinate and guide customer/client-side testing resources to ensure tasks are completed
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, test cases, and traceability matrices
• Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and regression testing
• Track defects, manage resolution workflows, and report testing status to stakeholders
• Ensure testing timelines align with project milestones and go-live dates
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and technical/functional teams on testing
• Proactively identify risks and escalate blockers to ensure work gets done

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
─────────────────────────────
• 5+ years of experience in QA/Testing with at least 2+ years specifically in Workday testing
• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Testing Lead on Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials implementations
• Strong understanding of Workday modules and business processes
• Experience managing client/customer resources and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr, or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Must be based in the United States (Onshore Only)
