We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven sales professional to lead and accelerate growth across our most strategic online retail partners, including Amazon, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, and similar e-commerce customers across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

This role will lead the sales strategy, demand generation execution, and customer partnership for key online accounts. Success will require deep collaboration with Digital Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance, as well as direct engagement with our customers' merchant, marketing, and retail media teams. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Own and Grow Strategic E-Commerce Accounts Lead the overall strategy, sales execution, and relationship management for assigned national ecommerce customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer, merchant, marketing, and retail media teams. Drive joint business planning, assortment expansion, promotional execution, and long-range growth strategies.

Drive Demand

Generation & Retail Media Performance Develop and implement customer-specific demand generation strategies in partnership with internal digital marketing teams. Plan, handle, and optimize retail media, paid search, display, and sponsored product programs to drive traffic, conversion, and return on investment. Own promotional calendars and advertising investments tied to measurable sales outcomes.

Accelerate New

Product & Assortment Growth Partner with Product Management to support new product launches, online exclusives, and expanded digital assortments. Ensure new items are launched with outstanding content, imagery, and discoverability. Drive adoption and velocity of innovation through targeted digital campaigns and customer programs.

Optimize Product

Content & Digital Shelf Champion best-in-class product page content, including titles, bullets, A+ content, images, videos, and SEO. Monitor digital shelf critical metrics and competitive benchmarks to find opportunities for improvement. Lead with Data Own sales forecasting, demand planning inputs, and budget management for assigned accounts. Partner with Finance to evaluate performance, promotional efficiency, and profitability by account and program.

YOU HAVE: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales/ account management experience. Ideally 4+ years of professional E-Commerce sales management experience with a consistent track record of quantifiable results.

Working

Knowledge of retail media, digital advertising, and demand generation tactics Strong understanding of financial fundamentals, including forecasting, P&L analysis, and budgeting. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, coupled with quick reasoning abilities for strong negotiating and influencing capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using computer-based tools for impactful written presentations and data analysis.

Ability to work 100% remote from a home office and travel 0-20% of the time across the US. A valid driver's license is required. While we have this role posted in multiple locations, we are only making 1 hire*** Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee's work location.

Total target cash is comprised of an employee's base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below.

Geographic Region A: $101,400.00 - $188,300.00 + Geographic Region B: $110,600.00 - $205,400.00 + Geographic Region C: $96,300.00 - $178,800.00 + Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
