Design and Develop Cutting-Edge Avionics Systems: Utilize your technical expertise and industry knowledge to design and develop advanced avionics systems that will keep Textron at the forefront of the aviation industry. Lead and Mentor Team Members: Act as a leader and mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for the advancement of our avionics technology, taking into consideration market trends, customer needs, and company goals. Ensure Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all avionics systems and processes meet industry standards and regulations, and work closely with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary certifications. Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and implementation of avionics systems. Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in avionics technology and incorporate them into future developments and improvements. Project Management: Oversee the avionics projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all specifications. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our avionics systems and processes to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
