Description:

  • Expand revenue within a defined territory through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers through consultative engagement.
  • Create and execute territory and account plans covering expansion opportunities, competitive risks, and customer priorities.
  • Drive adoption and broader usage of PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud.
  • Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce and MEDDICC.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Renewal, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or expansion sales within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota within a defined territory.
  • Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with MEDDICC and Command of the Message methodologies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of multi-product SaaS sales and enterprise consultative selling preferred.
  • Experience selling to high-growth accounts across AMER, EMEA, APAC, or Public Sector markets preferred.
  • Familiarity with Operations Cloud or DevOps environments preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, presentation, and results-oriented skills.
